Jeremy Jin ("Jin Tong"), 22, born in Sydney, Australia, is an Australian professional tennis player and the Global Ambassador of the International Chinese Tennis Federation (ICTF).

From the Australian junior circuit to the junior Grand Slams, the ITF World Tennis Tour and NCAA Division I college tennis in the United States, Jeremy has spent years pursuing ever-higher levels of competition through perseverance, hard work and a deep love of the game.

Through his own journey and sportsmanship, he hopes to inspire more young Chinese players around the world to chase their tennis dreams with courage.

1. ICTF Global Ambassador

Jeremy Jin ("Jin Tong") is an outstanding young Australian professional tennis player and the Global Ambassador of the International Chinese Tennis Federation (ICTF).

Over the years, he has actively supported ICTF international Chinese tennis events, junior tennis development and charitable initiatives, hoping to encourage more young Chinese players to take up tennis and pursue their dreams — and to share with the world the values the ICTF stands for:

As a member of the new generation of Chinese-heritage tennis players, Jeremy hopes to lead by example through his actions and his performances on court, becoming a role model for young players so that more children can grow through tennis and persevere for their dreams.

2. About Jeremy

Jeremy Jin ("Jin Tong") was born in Sydney, Australia, and picked up tennis at the age of five, showing exceptional talent and competitive potential from an early age.

He won multiple titles on the Australian and international junior circuits, reached a career-high ITF Junior world ranking of No. 42, and achieved a career-high ATP men's singles ranking of No. 694 after entering the professional tour.

As a junior, Jeremy represented Australia at the highest level of world junior tennis, competing in all four junior Grand Slams in 2022 — the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open.

He then entered the University of Florida, representing the Gators men's tennis team in NCAA Division I — the highest level of US college tennis — continuing to pursue excellence across both elite sport and university education.

3. Career Highlights

• 🏆 2016 – Recipient of the prestigious NSW Combined Independent Schools (CIS) D.A. Wiburd Award – Primary Outstanding Sportsboy, recognising Jeremy Jin as the Outstanding Primary School Sportsboy while representing The McDonald College. He was formally honoured at the CIS Awards Evening in February 2017.
• 🏆 2016 – Champion, Bruce Cup Australian 12 & Under Boys’ Singles. Jeremy Jin became the first player of Chinese heritage in the 77-year history of the Bruce Cup to have his name permanently engraved on the championship trophy, marking a historic milestone in Australian junior tennis.
• 🏆 Australian Junior Tennis Champion.
• 🇫🇷 2017 – Represented Australia at the Longines Future Tennis Aces international tournament in Paris, France.

Jeremy represented Australia at the Master’U BNP Paribas Championships in France — regarded as one of the world’s premier international team events in university tennis — helping the Australian team win the bronze medal.

🇦🇺 2025 | Selected again for Australia’s Master’U team

Jeremy was once again selected to represent Australia at the Master’U BNP Paribas Championships — his second consecutive year in the national squad for this international university team event.

🇦🇺 2025 | Rhine-Ruhr FISU World University Games | Germany

He represented Australia in tennis at the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games, competing alongside university athletes from around the world.

From the junior Grand Slams to the professional tour, and from the NCAA to representing Australia at international university events, every step has marked Jeremy’s growth from an Australian junior into a player on the wider international tennis stage.

5. University of Florida

University of Florida | 2023–2026

Since 2023, Jeremy has represented the Florida Gators Men’s Tennis team in NCAA Division I, continuing to raise his level within one of the world’s premier college athletics systems.

The University of Florida competes in the Southeastern Conference (SEC), one of the most competitive conferences in the NCAA.

His main achievements in college tennis include:

• A long-standing starter in the team’s key singles and doubles positions
